Description

This act codifies current state criteria for Medicaid eligibility, including but not limited to requirements regarding citizenship, Wyoming residency, a determination of disability or an entitlement to receive social security income. The Department of Health is authorized to promulgate any rules necessary to implement this act. This act applies to applications for Medicaid submitted or renewed on or after July 1, 2027.
