This act amends the Real Estate License Act. This act amends the definition of "customer" to include a person who has expressed an interest in buying, leasing, or selling real estate or who has attended a showing without an agency relationship. The act amends disclosure requirements to require a statement that a customer is not required to sign any legal written agency agreement to view or tour real estate during showings.
