A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS SO AS TO ENACT THE "SOUTH CAROLINA EMERGENCY FUEL SUPPLY ACT"; AND BY ADDING SECTION 48-6-90 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN FUEL STATIONS TO HAVE PRE-WIRING FOR A BACKUP GENERATOR.
