A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 33-31-202, RELATING TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION FOR A NONPROFIT CORPORATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE OPTION TO REPORT DEMOGRAPHIC DATA FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, PRESIDENT, AND FOUNDER; BY AMENDING SECTION 33-31-1005, RELATING TO ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT FOR A NONPROFIT CORPORATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE OPTION TO REPORT DEMOGRAPHIC DATA FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, PRESIDENT, AND FOUNDER; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 33-56-30, RELATING TO REGISTRATION STATEMENTS FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH INTEND TO SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS WITHIN THIS STATE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THE OPTION TO REPORT DEMOGRAPHIC DATA FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, PRESIDENT, AND FOUNDER.
