A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 12-36-90, RELATING TO THE GROSS PROCEEDS OF SALES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE GROSS PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF EYEGLASSES IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE LESS ANY INSURANCE BENEFITS PAID.
