Description
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 23-9-198 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL SHALL PROMULGATE REGULATIONS TO TEST FIREFIGHTERS ANNUALLY FOR THE PRESENCE OF PERFLUOROALKYL AND POLYFLUOROALKYL IN THEIR BLOODSTREAMS.
