MO SB 938

enacted

Three dollars, instead of two dollars as currently provided, of such fee shall be retained by the recorder and deposited in the Recorder's Fund and not in county general revenue. A fee in the amount of two dollars, instead of one dollar as currently provided, shall be paid to the State Treasurer and credited to the "Missouri Land Survey Fund" for purposes of land surveying.
