Senate, November 10, 2025 -- The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 222) of William J. Driscoll, Jr. for legislation to regulate Hemp-derived beverages by imposing a fine if a person that is involved in establishing or maintaining an infused beverage manufacturing operation without an endorsement granted by the commission, report the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2663).
