Description

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-14-27 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to required reports and publication format relative to education accountability assessment programs, so as to provide that public schools with a state-wide attendance zone and certain charter schools shall not be included in the separate list of public schools annually reported by the Office of Student Achievement for purposes of the "Georgia Promise Scholarship Act"; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
