A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 43 of the O.C.G.A., relating to funeral directors and establishments, embalmers, and crematories, so as to remove the requirement that funeral directors be licensed embalmers; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
