Description
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 2A of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to perinatal facilities, so as to explicitly prohibit limited services pregnancy centers from engaging in false or misleading advertising about the products or services provided at such centers; to provide for definitions; to provide for enforcement; to provide for notice and procedures; to provide for penalties; to provide for cause of action; to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
