A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 6 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to forest resources, so as to clarify that prescribed burning for silviculture purposes is exempt from certain burning notice and permit requirements; to revise requirements for prescribed burning; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
