A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 52-7-25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to enforcement of rules and regulations regarding registration, operation, and sale of watercraft, so as to require probable cause for summonses and boarding vessels; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
