A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating the Spalding County Water and Sewerage Facilities Authority, approved April 13, 1982 (Ga. L. 1982, p. 4987), as amended, so as to rename the authority; to revise the membership and compensation of the authority; to provide for powers; to provide for enforcement; to provide for executions for rates and charges; to provide for definitions; to revise a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
