What is CA AB 2602 about?
Existing law, the Manufactured Housing Act of 1980 (act) , sets forth various standards relating to manufactured homes, mobilehomes, special purpose commercial coaches, and commercial coaches, including, but not limited to, construction and alteration of those homes. Existing law provides that those homes that meet these standards are not required to comply with any local ordinances or regulations prescribing requirements in conflict with the act. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
