A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REAFFIRM THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE AND TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, TO RECOGNIZE THESE RIGHTS AS FOUNDATIONAL TO A FREE SOCIETY, AND TO CALL FOR THEIR RESPECT AND PROTECTION BY ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT.
