A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ENACTING THE "WORKING FAMILY CHILD TAX CREDIT" BY ADDING SECTION 12-6-3830 SO AS TO PROVIDE AN INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH QUALIFYING CHILDREN.
