A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING ARTICLE 25 TO CHAPTER 55, TITLE 44 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TO CONDUCT TESTING FOR URINARY METABOLITES IN CERTAIN WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES AND TO ESTABLISH REQUIREMENTS FOR ITS FINDINGS.
