A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 41-8-20, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES BY PRIVATE EMPLOYERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE APPROVAL AND USE OF ADDITIONAL WORK AUTHORIZATION PROGRAM OPTIONS.
