A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 58-5-70 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION TO MAKE CERTAIN CONSIDERATIONS FOR A PUBLIC UTILITY TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY OR ASSETS USED TO PROVIDE WATER, SEWERAGE COLLECTION, OR SEWERAGE DISPOSAL OWNED BY A COUNTY, MUNICIPALITY, OR SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICT.
