(Section 304.151) GENERAL OPERATING REVENUE RECEIVED FROM CERTAIN OFFENSES Current law limits the percentage of political subdivisions' general operating revenue which may be received from municipal ordinance violations and minor traffic violations, and requires the excess to be sent to the Department of Revenue for distribution to the schools of the county.
