Mobile Home Park Regulations; Authorizes counties & municipalities to adopt & enforce local laws, codes, or ordinances relating to mobile home park lot tenancies; authorizes code enforcement officer to cite certain violations to mobile home park owner or mobile home owner; revises obligations & responsibilities of mobile home park owner; revises obligations & responsibilities of mobile home owner; removes provision that mobile home owner is responsible for certain fines; authorizes unit of local government to adopt & enforce local laws, ordinances, or codes for specified purpose; authorizes unit of local government to adopt & enforce local laws, ordinances, or codes for specified purpose; authorizes unit of local government to bring civil proceeding against mobile home park owner or mobile home lot.
