City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County; Provides boundaries of Punta Gorda Utility District; authorizes Charlotte County to assume responsibility for utility functions in lands outside district; authorizes City of Punta Gorda to continue to own & maintain assets outside district; requires city & county to enter into interlocal agreements for specified purposes; provides reporting requirements; requires city to continue to provide potable water & wastewater utility service to certain customers & to maintain potable water & wastewater utility service infrastructure; requires continuation of powers, duties, & obligations of district & city until transfer.
