A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 12-37-2120, RELATING TO PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS, SO AS TO EXEMPT ALL PROPERTY FROM TAXATION AND PROVIDE A DOLLAR-FOR-DOLLAR REIMBURSEMENT TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.
