One-way trips shall be limited to sixteen miles and round trips shall be limited to thirty-two miles. Qualifying trips are limited to multimodal trips within a single county. The Department shall grant such exemptions to any truck, tractor-trailer, train, or other combination that qualifies for such exemption regardless of reducibility of the weight of the load carried.
