+Description of appropriation:

+The Office of State Lands and Investments and the Department of Environmental
+Quality are currently coordinating to perform the infrastructure study using
+Drinking Water State Revolving Fund set aside for funding. There is currently an
+established memorandum of understanding between the Office of State Lands and
+Investments, the Department of Environmental Quality, and the Water Development
+Office outlining roles and responsibilities for the Drinking Water State
+Revolving Fund. To fulfill the obligations of this bill the Office of State Lands
+and Investments and the Department of Environmental Quality will enter a similar
+memorandum of understanding or modify the existing one for this funding.

+All appropriated funds would be contractual and dispersed by the Office of State
+Lands and Investment to the contractor as appropriate. All collected data will
+contribute to the contractor’s web-based online software, which supplies a real
+time asset management planning tool for use by public wastewater and stormwater
