-It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:  3
-Sec. 1.  DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION; 4
-             DRINKING WATER STANDARDS; PERFLUOROALKYL AND 5
