(NRS 484B.760 -484B.785) Section 1 of this bill: (1) 4-requires a person operating a bicycle, an electric bicycle or an electric sco oter to 5-stop in obedience to a stop sign or signal displaying a steady red light; and (2) 6-creates an exception to the requirement to stop in obedience to a stop sign if the 7-person can safely proceed through the intersection without stopping and certain 8-other requirements are met.
