-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
-Section A. Chapter 304, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be

-3 2. Every ice cre am truck shall be equipped with the following safety devices:

-5 (2) Reverse backup alarm capable of emitting a sound that is audible above

-7 (3) Rear -mounted mirr or , obstacle detection sensor , or camera to pr ovide r ear

+§304.262 – Felicity’s Law (Ice Cream Trucks)
+
+Officials from the Department of Health and Senior Services, Department of Revenue,
+Department of Public Safety - Missouri Highway Patrol, and Missouri Department of
+Transportation each assume the proposal will have no fiscal impact on their respective
+organizations.
+
+Officials from the Newton County Health Department assume the proposal will have no fiscal
+impact on their organization.
+
+Oversight notes that the above-mentioned agencies have stated the proposal would not have a
+direct fiscal impact on their organization.  Oversight does not have any information to the
+contrary.  Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact on the fiscal note.

+Oversight only reflects the responses that we have received from state agencies and political
+subdivisions; however, other local public health agencies were requested to respond to this
+proposed legislation but did not. Upon the receipt of additional responses, Oversight will review
