There is hereby appropriated from the State 1-General Fund to the Nevada Clean Energy Fund formed pursuant to 2-NRS 701B.985 the sum of $ 5,000,000 for securing and 3-implementing grants for qualified clean energy projects in this State, 4-including, without limitation, costs associated with: 5- (a) Providing bridge or gap funding for qualified clean energy 6-projects; 7- (b) Providing technical support to state and local agencies; and 8- (c) Staffing and administering the Nevada Clean Energy Fund. 9- 2.
