Description
A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 61-4-524 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE MAY ISSUE CERTAIN SPECIAL PERMITS TO AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT AUTHORIZES THE PURCHASE AND SALE FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT AN OCCASION HELD ON THE GROUNDS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
